Baby Market was established in 2011 and is owned and run by Chantelle Gouws.


Mission and Vision:

Baby Market’s mission and vision is two fold. Firstly, we enable parents to recover some of their expenses by selling their unwanted baby and toddler goods through us. Secondly, we offer an alternative to parents by selling great quality pre loved and new baby goods at a fraction of the retail price.

Market Days:

We host Baby and Toddler Market days every 2 months! There will be no more need for you to make appointments and drive to different places to view individual items .  At our market days, all our stock is on display for you to buy.  Our market days are literally a one stop shop for everything your baby needs, at a fraction of the retail cost.


We receive new stock weekely and because of the rotation of stock we update our website as much as we can.  We sell our items on our social newtworks as well as on our Website, if there is an item you are interested on, contact us so we can set up an apointment to veiw/buy the item.

Baby Market Sellers:

If you have pre-loved baby or toddler items that you would like to sell, you can contact us.  We take it in on consignment basis and sell it on your behalf at our market days and pay out your profit after each market day.


Baby Market Subscribers:

Baby Market subscribers have the advantage of knowing the details of the next market day and the stock available at the next market day, before everyone else!

You will also receive special offers and discounts every now and then. We promise we don’t spam and we don’t share your information with third parties.


Based on your distance from us, we do delivery. Upon purchase of an item, find out about delivery.

Clean all products:

Before selling pre-loved items, we make sure that all products are clean before handing it off to you.

The Fine Print

*We work on a strictly first come, first served basis on our market days. No bookings or reserving of items are allowed.

* After the market day, we still sell the items that are left over, for approximately a month before we close all sales.  In that month, sales are done from a residential property in Benoni, by appointment basis.  After the month, we start preparing for the next market day.

* Payments are made within 12- 15 working days after each market day

* We only accept deliveries on appointment basis
